Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY:
BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO THIS POLICY:
* Cancelling/Rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee.
* No Call/No Show appointments will be charged 50% of the total service amount.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule which results in the 30% fee.
* Please do not arrive for your appointment any sooner than 5 minutes before start time.
I do not always have someone up front to let you in and I do not want anyone to have to wait in their car or outside for a long time.
* Please arrive to your appointments alone unless you are under 18, you have a caretaker, or have a scheduled appointment.
* Please try to come to your appointment with bare skin. Taking off makeup will take away from time in service and taking off skincare (besides SPF in the AM) would be a waste of product and money.
I appreciate you all for understanding these policies. I understand that things happen unexpectedly. Everyone is allowed 1 reschedule/cancellation outside of policy without a charge. Please know that these policies are in place because I am a small business that operates by appointment only.
